One of the most essential and time-consuming aspects of a retirement plan is accurate and timely recordkeeping. At HSBC, we work with our customers to simplify this task; taking care of everything from maintaining required data on participating employees, to keeping records of participant loans. Also:
- Our recordkeeping systems can accommodate a variety of defined contribution programs and plan designs, including: 401(k), profit-sharing, executive deferred compensation, and money purchase plans. It can also handle numerous contribution types (e.g., employer match, employee pre and after-tax deferrals, rollover contributions).
- We can provide reports on all activities regarding your plan's assets, including the receipt of contributions and investment income, benefit payouts and portfolio valuations.
- Participants have access to their account information via a toll-free 800 number or online, and if allowed by a plan's design, make daily interfund transfers, future allocations and initiate loans.
We offer the depth and breadth of recordkeeping services you need and provide them in a timely and personal manner. As often as necessary, or as you want, even on a daily basis.
