• Assume fiduciary responsibility for and custody of your plan's assets - e.g., hold your plan's assets in trust for the benefit of your participants, and assume responsibility for the safekeeping of these assets.
• Handle the collection of plan income, and disbursement of payments to participants.
• Settle and maintain records of all transactions associated with the management of your plan's assets.
• Provide comprehensive and timely accounting reports and statements to you, the plan's sponsor.
